Northpine Adventist College proudly presents Esther: The Musical, a full-length, two-act Broadway-style production. With sweeping melodies, witty lyrics, vibrant costumes, and powerful storytelling, this musical brings to life the extraordinary journey of an orphaned Jewish girl who becomes Queen of Persia.

When Esther discovers that her people are to be annihilated by royal decree, she is faced with an impossible choice: remain silent and safe, or risk everything to save her people. Through frightening and uncertain circumstances, Esther must learn to trust God’s sovereign care; even when the weight of an entire nation seems to rest on her shoulders.

From opulent banquets and comic royal characters to dramatic confrontations and heartfelt moments of faith, Esther: The Musical is a rich tapestry of justice, courage, humour, and hope.

Featuring music and lyrics by Martin Landry, book and lyrics by Janice Landry, and orchestrations by Susan Perdue, this production has been praised for its memorable songs and engaging script.
