From opening up to managing a non-monogamous life, this series is a guide for exploring and improving your relationships

Thinking about getting started in non-monogamy? Wondering how your non-monogamous relationship could be even better?

This series offers guidance and tools for building successful ethical non-monogamous (ENM) relationships, regardless of current relationship status. Pick and choose which classes you'd like to attend or come to the whole series!

Taught by Brandie Lourenco, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, sessions will provide a space for exploring non-monogamy principles and dynamics, as well as offering concrete tools and strategies to explore at home.

Prices and Attendance:

Each class is $59 or $189 for the full series (per person). Sliding scale may be available for those with financial restraints. Email Brandie to blourencotherapy@gmail.com to discuss these options.

  • September 14: Building Community and Managing Complexities
    • Complex issues in ENM
    • Managing life, time, and resources
    • Living “out” or staying under wraps
    • Celebrations and perks of ENM

About the Instructor:

Brandie Lourenco graduated with a Clinical Psych Masters in 2015 and began private practice in 2017 as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or LMHC. She specializes in working with kink, BDSM, and ethical non-monogamy as well as LGBTQ+ issues.
