Event description

Ever thought about how your attachment style interacts with your partners? Jealousy coming up in your relationships?  Wondering how your non-monogamous relationship could be even better?

This class offers guidance and tools for building successful ethical non-monogamous (ENM) relationships, regardless of current relationship status. We will focus on how common jealousy is in relationships and how one can navigate it. You can also expect to dive into attachment style and how this may impact your connection with your partners!

Taught by Brandie Lourenco, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, sessions will provide a space for exploring non-monogamy principles and dynamics, as well as offering concrete tools and strategies to explore at home.

About the Instructor:

Brandie Lourenco graduated with a Clinical Psych Masters in 2015 and began private practice in 2017 as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or LMHC. She specializes in working with kink, BDSM, and ethical non-monogamy as well as LGBTQ+ issues.
