Don't miss legendary Blues troubadour, Eugene Hideaway Bridges (USA) when he performs with his all star band at the historic Mangrove Mountain Hall on Friday night the 14th of November.
Born in 1963 in New Orleans and raised in Amite, Louisiana, Eugene Hideaway Bridges was born to a musical family, his Dad, Blues guitarist Hideaway Slim and his Mum a family relative of Tina Turner
At just 13 years of age, Eugene formed his first R&B band, The 5 Stars, and has been performing in his own Blues, Gospel and R&B bands for nearly 50 years, regularly touring and often headlining major festivals throughout Europe, Singapore, New Zealand, USA and Australia, whipping up a storm wherever he went with his distinctive Southern sound.
Winner of the US Jus' Blues Albert King Lifetime Award for his outstanding contribution to the Blues, Eugene Hideaway Bridges is a living legend of the Blues music scene.
Doors open at 7pm with the show starting at 7.30pm
All ages family friendly event, great food available to purchase, BYO drinks. Camping sites are available.
