Love French and Italian wine? Then this European Wine Tasting Course is for you!

During a session with Gerardo, you will learn about French and Italian wines—what is a Pouilly Fumé, a Chianti, a Amarone. What words and regions to pay attention to—Burgundy, Veneto, Bordeaux, so you can buy a European wine without being overwhelmed.

He will show you how to match French and Italian wine with food - bring your own menu and learn how to pair it so you can have your own European dinner party at home. And last but not least, learn how to sabrage (sabre the top off a champagne bottle) - the ultimate party trick!

You will taste 11 x European wines to get a feel for the flavours you like, paired with an exquisite 6-course long lunch at Bistro Rex in Potts Point:
