Superstar Chef Jake Kellie (Burnt Ends, Singapore ex-Head Chef) will be in town ahead of opening his new Adelaide restaurant and joins friend and acclaimed Chef Evan Hayter in his Arimia kitchen to share they're combined style of food - cooking over open flame, and using ultra fresh, local ingredients, for a collaboration lunch we're already drooling over.
