Due to its popularity my friday night cozy meditation is on again in October.

Come along for an all levels meditation experience with the added beauty of the vibration of the crystal singing bowls.

I think this meditation will be paying homage to the 7 chakras & bringing our intentional awareness to each one & finding a connection with this energy in our bodies that we may have neglected or forgotten.

The crystal bowls will help us connect with each chakra & resonate at just the right vibration & Hz to speak to our bodies where they need it most.

What to Bring:

Comfy clothes
A mug for relaxation tea if you wish
eye pillow
head cushion & yoga bolster if you wish
Comfy clothes & a blanket to add to the vagus nerve engagement
