Join us for a 2-hour Kirtan celebration — an uplifting Saturday night of chanting, connection, and heart-opening joy. With multiple performers sharing soulful mantras and live music, we’ll come together in community to sing, sway, smile, and simply be.

What to expect:
Most of the seating is on the floor with comfy cushions and blankets provided, though couches and chairs are available if preferred. Chai is complimentary, and we’ll have mantra sheets available so you can easily join in — or simply listen and absorb the experience. This is a welcoming and relaxed space for community connection, music, and shared presence.

No experience is needed — every voice and every person is welcome. Whether you feel like chanting loudly, humming softly, or soaking up the vibrations, there’s no pressure to be any other way than who you are.

Come bask in the joy of the practice — a fun and soulful way to spend your Saturday night, returning to the heart and leaving uplifted.

There is a divine balance that exists within us all waiting to be acknowledged and nurtured. This is fundamentally the core purpose for creating the Arts of Healing, to assist you on a journey of deeper self- awareness, growth, expansion and wellness on all levels.

From a very young age I was aware of the mind body spirit connection. That there is a divine order and balance to life and our place within it. That there is a deeper harmony that resides within every single part of our cellular make up as well as the part in which our well being plays in the bigger picture and eco system of all living things. This concept set my foundation for taking and experimenting with what a holistic approach to learning and living was, applying practices and methods to my everyday life to achieve and maintain this idea of balance.

Coming from adversity in my younger years this concept of balance always felt challenged as for quite a while I was attracted to extremes from the level of dysregulation.

Through out my years of experimenting, learning and developing, something within sparked the deep seeded knowing that it was my Dharma to share this knowledge with others.

This set me up to share my passions as a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, Master NLP trained life coach specialising in Womens Empowerment coaching and embark on Psychotherapy studies.

All of which I feel to be methods that integrate a mind body spirit approach and activate parts of ourselves to restore peace and harmony in the heart and the mind.

I use my intuitive nature, years of experience and highly accredited holistic and academic training to guide you on a journey of deeper self awareness. A welcoming home to yourself.

Creating the Arts of Healing is my way of creating a space to share these wisdoms to bring balance back into the lives of others, making evident the power that comes from within.

We are the creators of our own lives, and life itself is limitless. With awareness we can change anything so why not offer yourself this opportunity to set yourself free from any unconsciously made limitations by understanding the journey of the soul, empowering spirit to live in alignment again!
