Feeling like you need to unwind? Want to reconnect with your body? Maybe you just need an hour to yourself without any distractions? Don't worry, I have you covered.

Join me every Tuesday night at 6pm for a gentle vinyasa yoga flow online! All levels of experience are welcome. Each week we will explore a different theme such as Yoga for Mindfulness, Yoga for relaxation, Yoga for different Chakras and so on. Regardless of what we focus on in class, I assure you that you will step off the mat feeling relaxed and revitalised.

All you will need for the class is a mat, pillow or blanket (or both) and as always, it's great to have an open mind!

The class will start promptly at 6pm, so please ensure you arrive a few minutes earlier so not to disrupt the rest of the class.
