Event: Creative Journaling Challenge Launch

The DESIGN Canberra Creative Journaling Challenge is returning for 2022 and this year is supported by Eckersely's Art and Craft.

Launching October 13 at the Eckersley’s Art& Craft Phillip, ACT store. Join us to watch artists demonstrations and start gathering your materials for the Journaling Challenge, this is your chance to try something new!

The challenge aims to foster daily creative practice, enhancing wellbeing and connection. Each day from 2 - 20 November signed up participants will receive a prompt word to respond to in their journal. Participants are encouraged to use various techniques in their journals including collage, digital image making, drawing, painting and stitching. 

Entry fee includes journal, access to online journaling tips and workshops

Use the Instagram hashtag #DCJOURNALCHALLENGE for your chance to have your journal shortlisted to be part of our online exhibition and to be eligible to win:

• First prize: $2000 Cash
• Second prize: $1500 Eckersley’s gift voucher
• Shortlisted prize (x 20): $50 Eckersley’s gift voucher
