- Picnic spaces do not include event admission.
- Admission tickets need to be purchased for every event guest
- Maximum of 10 people permitted per picnic space
- This is a licensed event. No BYO alcohol is permitted to the venue
- Spaces allocated in booking order
- No vehicle access during event hours
- Shade marquees must be securely weighted and erected before gates open at 11:30am
