Gold Coast Seniors Month Closing Party!
The Shake Out is a seniors dance party that is fun, footloose and freewheeling, hosted by creative joy generators Everybody NOW! along with their friends from the inclusive dance company, Bring A Plate.
Suitable for all abilities, this event is a chance to, literally and metaphorically let your hair down and experience the joy of movement for wellness, mobility, connection and a mighty fine time.
As part of Queensland Seniors Month, Everybody NOW! are presenting The Seniors Shake Out.

Location: Upper Coomera Community Centre - Foyer Space
Time: 10.30am - 12.00pm
Duration 90mins in total. This includes 60mins of movement and 30mins light morning tea afterwards, that is provided.

Seniors are welcome to bring their kids, grandkids, friends, neighbors. No dance partners or dancing experience required.
