This class is literally open for everyBODY. If you think Yoga is not for you then these sessions may be just what you need.
BYO Yoga mat.
For the winter version of this class we'll be at my place but if it's amazing weather (we can hope) we will go to Croquet Lawn but meet at 54 Westwood Street at 10am to find out.
