Melbourne is famous for its incredible food scene - but how can you eat well at home on a student budget? Join us as we look into making good food choices as an international student, followed by a trip to the Asia Oasis Street Food Festival by the Yarra with free food vouchers for attendees!

Starting point: Study Melbourne Hub, 17 Hardware Lane, Melbourne 3000
As an international student, this might be your first time living independently. It's important to keep yourself happy, healthy and well-fed on a student budget, without relying on takeaway! Join us at the Study Melbourne Hub, where we'll share the best tips and tricks for eating well without spending big. Then, we'll walk down to Alexandra Gardens where you'll receive a food voucher to spend at the Asia Oasis Street Food Festival, with over 30 Asian food vendors with 200 unique dishes to pick from!
What to expect:
- 5:30pm: Doors open
- 5:45pm: Welcome
- 5:55pm: Presentation: Cooking on a student budget
- 6:20pm: Walk to Alexandra Gardens
- 6:50pm: Arrive at Asia Oasis Street Food Festival
- 7:00pm: Explore and enjoy!
