Partners in Wellbeing: Your Free, Confidential Wellbeing Support.
Are you an international student in Victoria? We're here to support YOU! Partners in Wellbeing is a Victorian Government-funded initiative that offers FREE, confidential, one-on-one wellbeing coaching to help you manage stress, anxiety, and depression, offering emotional support when and as you need it. No visa or Medicare needed—this is for everyone over 16 living in Victoria, and you don’t even need a referral from a doctor.
We understand that language can be a barrier, so we offer free interpreter services to make sure you feel comfortable reaching out. Our friendly team is available by phone or online chat from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 8 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am - 5 pm. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
