Join the ANU Staff Respect Consultant, Staff Adviser, and HR Business Partner for a short, interactive session exploring how everyday actions shape a respectful workplace. This session introduces the Champions of Change FOCUSED framework—an acronym that highlights practical behaviours that help create inclusive, respectful environments.

Through a brief introduction, small-group discussion activity, and open Q&A, participants will reflect on what everyday respect looks like in practice and share ideas for applying the FOCUSED behaviours in their own teams. The session will also highlight ANU resources and support services available to staff.

Whether you are a people leader or team member, this session offers a practical opportunity to pause, reflect, and strengthen everyday respect across our ANU community.
