Everyone Leads - Dive into Co-hosting.

At Healthy Tables, Everyone Leads.. so taking your turn at being a Co-Host at your Table is a great thing to do.

Are you thinking of being a Co-Host, and not yet sure what's involved? Or maybe you've already had a go and are keen to get other men involved? Or just curious about how 'Everyone Leads' can actually work in practice.

At this session for men from all Tables, we'll cover the following

What does a Table Co-Host actually do?
What are good approaches to guiding and hosting a Table that flows on the night?
How do you deal with a difficult situation - or a difficult man?

What are your questions about being an effective Table Co-Host? This session will seek to answer them.

We'll use plenty of practical examples, and invite you to share your experiences in a couple of breakout groups with men from other Tables.

By the end of this session we hope you'll feel ready to step up and Co-Host your Table for the first time, or do it with more confidence and skill if you're stepping up again.
