Do you like to sing in a fun, relaxed and social atmosphere?
Singing is INCREDIBLY good for your brain - and your soul - and it is alot of fun. In the open courtyard of the National Film and Sound Archive, come and watch the sun set and sing a few tunes to unwind!
No experience needed - come along to learn from some of the best Barbershop Harmony teachers in the country - who will have you singing beautiful four-part harmonies in minutes with your friends and fellow singers!
What's Barbershop I hear you ask? Four part acapella harmony - with a very distinct sound. An art form with a lot of tradition that has evolved into a hugely popular part of the choir world.
This event will also mark the start of the Barbershop Harmony Australia National Festival - so there's more where that came from if you have a great time!
