Join Thriving Communities for a free Breath to Health session at our free EVI Art & Wellbeing Open Day! This is an incredible, transformational workshop designed to help you harness the power of your breath for more energy, less stress, and a clearer mind!

During this session, you'll learn the following:

-Simple yet powerful breathing techniques

-How to dissolve stress, release trauma and eliminate anxiety naturally

-Ways to improve sleep and emotional balance

-How to boost energy and resilience

This free session is part of our EVI Art & Wellbeing Open Day: Discover Wellness Within 🌻🎨

Running from 11am–3pm on Thursday 19th Feb, our Art & Wellbeing Open Day is a relaxed, welcoming celebration of community wellbeing and creativity, with lots happening throughout the day. Visitors can enjoy a ploughman’s buffet and sweet treats, explore community wellbeing exhibitions, and take part in a range of drop-in creative activities (watercolour painting, textile workshops and more).

There will also be several free bookable wellbeing sessions running across the day, including mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, qi gong and Sashiko.

The event is free and drop-in. Come for one session or stay for the afternoon! (Children aged 11+ are welcome to come along if accompanied by an adult).
