When you take the Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class, you will:

• Get mentored by your own Evidence Based Birth® Instructor!

• Learn about evidence-based care, comfort measures, and advocacy!

By taking the Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class, you and your partner will learn the evidence for your birth options and you’ll get to meet with an experienced instructor and other parents who are on the journey through pregnancy and birth just like you! This flipped class format allows you to access quality evidence-based materials online, so that it works with YOUR schedule, with the added benefit of in-person mentorship and engaging activities!

Here's our schedule:

• Our first session will be Sunday, April 19th, 2026, 3:30PM - 5:30PM at The Vague Collection located at 705 Lighthouse Ave., in Pacific Grove, CA

• You'll have ONLINE learning opportunities and practice activities

• We'll have 4 one-hour discussion calls: Sundays, at 3:30PM from the comfort of your own home

• Our last session will be Sunday, May 31st, 2026, 3:30PM - 5:30PM at The Vague Collection in Pacific Grove, CA

What's included in the Class?

• Weekly Zoom sessions with your instructor and class

• Access to a mentor throughout the class to answer questions and help you navigate your pregnancy

• Access to weekly online lessons and assignments, taught by Dr. Rebecca Dekker, PhD, on the Evidence Based Birth® Parents Portal

• A PDF and video library LOADED with the most up-to-date evidence on topics like Eating and Drinking During Labor, Vitamin K, Due Dates, and more.

How much does the Class cost?

(One ticket is good for the birthing person and a support person)

Standard: $200 Includes all weekly Zoom sessions, 3-months access to online materials, prizes!

Deluxe: $250 Includes all weekly Zoom sessions, 6-months access to online materials, prizes!

Add $15 if you would like a printed workbook.
