Refund policy

Tickets are refundable if the event is postponed due to force majeure in accordance with the terms and conditions below. Tickets are sold by Transformational Enterprises Limited T/A as Evolve Festival. Ticket sales are subject to the following terms and conditions: 1st Release Tickets available from 13 May 2024 will be refundable in the event of a postponement of 13 months due to force majeure. Registration is required for a refund. If the event is postponed to a date in 2026, Evolve Festival shall not be required to issue a refund. If the event is postponed by more than 13 months or more due to force majeure, ticket holders of subsequent tiers will be given the option to: 1. Register and receive a refund based on remaining funds not allocated to pre-production. The exact amount of the refund will be determined at the time of postponement. The refund may or may not be of the same value as your ticket purchase. 2. Hold on to their tickets which will remain valid until used at a future Evolve Festival. Evolve Festival reserves the right to postpone an event, in which case Evolve Festival shall not be required to issue a refund provided that the event is postponed to a date within thirteen months of the date of the original event. As stated above, if the event is postponed by more than 13 months, an option for a partial refund will be offered to ticket holders. In all cases where a refund is offered, registration is required in order to receive a refund. Ticket holders are expected to stay abreast of festival communication on Facebook and EF Newsletter. If the registration date is missed, Evolve Festival shall not be required to issue a refund. For people who cannot make the event, tickets can be on-sold. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except in accordance with these terms and conditions and the applicable laws in the jurisdiction of purchase. If a refund is required by law, liability is limited to the ticket value only. Tickets will not be eligible for a refund if the festival is forced to stop after starting for any reason and is not completed. There will be cameras and video recorders (film, digital or otherwise), audiotape recorders at Evolve Festival. By attending this event you agree to appear in any future promotion carried out by Transformational Enterprises Ltd. However we will respond and remove any photos if possible if you contact us. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests Evolve Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove anyone with reasonable cause as determined by the organisers or security. Evolve Festival reserves the right to refuse admission if valid identification for concession tickets is not provided. Evolve Festival reserves the right to refuse admission where tickets are lost or damaged, or tickets are not purchased through Evolve Festival or other authorised points of sale. Evolve Festival reserves the right to withdraw, replace or substitute artists, or amend the programme, and prices. Your personal information is held by Transformational Enterprises Ltd t/a Evolve Festival. It will not be sold or passed on to any other party. If you've opted to receive email updates from Evolve Festival and have provided an email address, you will be sent regular Evolve Festival email newsletters. You can opt out of these at any time. Evolve Festival reserves the right to add to or amend these terms as required. Amendments will take effect when posted on the Evolve Festival website. If you purchase a ticket after any amendments to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated version of these terms.
