Connect & Evolve is a practical evening Playshop suitable for anyone who wishes to bring their best self into their current or future relationships.

Come along and learn simple techniques that can enhance and improve your relationships to be come more intentional, open hearted, connected and loving. Learn simple easy to implement practices that can improve your connection in partnership quickly.

This is a predominantly experiential evening offering a range of partner based exercises. This evening is intended for couples / lovers as you will be working together the entire evening.

See this workshop as an opportunity to practice, learn and deepen how you connect and show up for yourself and each other in your relationship.

OVER 3HRS YOU WILL

Practice, learn and take home potent ways to improve all of your current and future intimate relationships

Be taught simple strategies to enhance communication and connection
Practice embodied listening exercises to enhance intimacy and emotional presence
Discover surprising ways to build trust
Practice ways to soothe each other and reconnect after conflict
Learn the fundamentals of polarity interplay that are crucial to all relationships
Understand easy ways to drastically improve the intimacy in your relationship

WHAT TO EXPECT

Couples will work together the entire evening. You will take home simple embodied ways to connect with each other, communicate better, understand each others need more easily.

Singles are invited to bring a friend to partner with (ala book a couples ticket)

This is a fully clothed evening open to couples and singles of all sexual orientations, including same sex couples. There will be no nudity or sexual touch.
