Surrendering to the New Moon in Gemini come join Fabian and Bess for a Transformational Breathwork Journey, through Hypnosis, NLP & Sound Healing. We will Release, Breakthrough and EVOLVE.

We will ground with a Shamanic Cacao Ceremony to drop into our heart space and then begin with the powerful breathwork journey.

Transformational Breath allows us to release trauma holistically and live our best lives. We can let go of what no longer serves us and open ourselves up to new possibilities by breathing consciously.

On the physical level, deep diaphragmatic breathing allows oxygen to reach our cells and organs, increasing our energy and helping to detoxify and cleanse our bodies.

On the mental-emotional level, it helps reduce stress and promote feelings of calm and peace.

On the spiritual level, full, conscious connected breathing can help us connect with our higher selves and tap into our innate wisdom.

A Sound Healing will guide us into deep relaxation to integrate the medicine of your own breath and allow deep understanding of who we truly are to align our focus, and guide us on our paths. Crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, wind chimes, vocals, will guide you into a space of integration and sweet surrender.

Bess Wittingslow is a Sound Healer, Reiki, Ceremonialist, Rebirthing Breakwork Facilitator, Meditation & Yoga Teacher. Leading from her heart Bess guides you into The Art of Ceremony and awakening to your true self. She infuses her love of sound, ritual, movement and creative self-expression into all of her offerings. It is her mission to raise the vibrations of the collective, so that we are in more harmony with ourselves, each other and the earth.

Fabian Wesselink As a Leading Breathwork Facilitator, Hypnotherapist, and Mindset Coach Fabian offers a unique combination of skills and modalities like Transformational Breathwork, Hypnosis, NLP, Mindfulness, and Cold Therapy.
Growing up in the Netherlands Fabian has been learning, practicing and teaching a wide range of holistic modalities and approaches to self-care and peak performance. Currently based in Sydney, Fabian is the founder of VibeRaising and Ice Ice Baby, working with clients all around the world teaching hands on Workshops, Retreats and Programs tailored to any organisation/environment.
