OVERALL PROGRAM OUTCOMES 

Evolve2 Leadership program is a unique cluster delivery leadership program that provides practical skills in key leadership areas. Our focus is to give emerging leaders some skills and confidence to lead their people in a positive direction, to be able to create a great team environment, bringing success for themselves and their peers. For many students, the experience can be career-changing, leaving them enthusiastic and keen to apply some of the learnings in the business. 

The journey they take over 6 modules and a presentation day will: 

• Give them exposure to senior leaders who generously share their leadership secrets

• Deliver insights into leadership techniques and styles

• Create lasting relationships for future networking

• Expose them to different industries, personalities, companies and diversity of cultures

• Push them out of their comfort zones through practical exercises and experiences.
