Do tests or exams leave you feeling overwhelmed?

During exams, do you ever:

Go completely blank, even when you know the material?
Make mistakes you wouldn't normally make?
Think things like "I can't do this", "I'm going to fail" or "I'm not smart enough"?
Feel dizzy, shaky, or as though the room is closing in?
Notice your heart racing or have trouble catching your breath?
Remember all the answers as soon as the exam is over?
Receive much lower marks in exams than in assignments?

If some of these experiences sound familiar, you may be experiencing exam anxiety.
