Hosted by The Movement Academy, join PAS for a fabulous & beginner friendly Lyra Workshop! (circus hoop).
This workshop is made for ABSOLUTE beginners so no experience or strength level required!

THE CLASS: Friendly, professional instructors and LOTS of new friends! Our aerial workshops are always sell out events, so it’s a great way to make new friends while trying something new.
WEAR/BRING: Wear comfortable, form fitting clothes (leggings, t-shirt) and no jewelry or zippers. Bring a water bottle and a snack! Make sure your legs and waist are covered, lyras can be abrasive.
