We're back and this time, we’re taking the experiment to the next level.

How much do the fine details really matter when brewing beer? Equipment, timing, brewer quirks, tiny tweaks… do they make a difference, or is it all foam and no substance?

To find out, we’ve set a challenge:

🧪 One recipe. Same ingredients. Five brews.

Four of Tassie’s favourite breweries: Moo Brew, Hopfields Brewery, Van Dieman Brewing, King Island Brewhouse + the Hobart Brewers homebrew club have all brewed the exact same beer.. or have they?

Come along to Shambles Brewery on Friday 15 August, 7–9pm, and taste the results for yourself. It’s our very own Great Tassie Brew Off, and you get to be the judge!
