Excel Basics – Getting Started

In this introductory Excel workshop, module 1, you will:

• Gain knowledge and understanding of Excel – what it is, what it can do
• Be able to create Excel documents for practical purposes using key features and functions
• Be able to open and understand the contents of an existing Excel document
• Learn Excel fundamentals of inputting, manipulating and presenting data

Pre-Requisites:

• Basic knowledge and experience using a computer and a mouse
• Some basic knowledge of mathematical operations
