Exclusive Site Tour – Sealy International - A Century of Australian Manufacturing and Innovation

Join Industry Partners Australia for an exclusive behind-the-scenes visit to Sealy International, one of Australia's most recognised and trusted bedding manufacturers.

With a proud Australian manufacturing heritage dating back more than 100 years, Sealy combines traditional craftsmanship with modern manufacturing, advanced product design and world-class sleep technology.

Headquartered in Queensland, Sealy is part of an international manufacturing network producing mattresses for Australians using locally sourced materials and Australian-made components. With more than 700 employees nationally, working in 8 Australian manufacturing facilities, and a further 2000 internationally manufacturing in China, UK, Korea, NZ and India, the business represents a significant success story in Australian manufacturing.

During this site visit, IPA members will gain an insight into the people, processes and technology behind the production of one of Australia's leading bedding brands. The visit will explore the journey from raw materials through to finished product, providing an opportunity to see how manufacturing excellence, quality, innovation, automation and skilled craftsmanship come together on the factory floor.

This is a valuable opportunity for manufacturing and operational leaders to exchange ideas, explore best practice and see firsthand how a century-old Australian business continues to evolve and innovate in a highly competitive market.

A great opportunity to connect, learn and gain new ideas from one of Australia's enduring manufacturing success stories.

About SEALY:
