Back by popular demand, our Exercise Physiologist Tate, is running a second session on this topic.

Falls and balance can cause a lot of concern, anxiety and fear for many people. There are a lot of different things that contribute to our balance, and we can see huge improvements in balance and reduce falls risk with exercise. As exercise physiologists we specialise in exercise that is individualised to the need of each individual. 

When: Wednesday 15th November 11:30am
Where: Fleurieu Exercise Physiology, Shop 5, 8 Old Coach Rd Aldinga
Cost: Free! Bring a coffee with you to have while you listen. Anyone welcome.
