You know that feeling. Shoulders up near your ears. Jaw tight. Smiling on the outside while something underneath is asking to be let out. Carrying a version of yourself you never chose, a story about who you’re allowed to be, what you’re allowed to want, how much space you’re allowed to take up. Here's where you get to put it down.

Join me for 90 minutes of Breathwork, live over Zoom. This is a gentle guided practice that moves you past the thinking mind and into the body, where the real holding actually lives.

This Is for You If You:

You’re carrying something heavy and you’re tired of pretending you’re not
Your life looks fine on paper but something underneath still feels unsettled
You keep circling the same patterns, in love, in work, in how you show up, and you’re ready to actually break them
You brace before connection instead of leaning into it
You’re done surviving and ready to lead your own life again
You’re craving quiet. Clarity. A way back to yourself

What you'll need:

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
Yoga mat/flat surface
Pillow
Throw blanket
Water bottle
Journal and pen for post-session reflection
Eye mask
Lip balm
An open heart

IMPORTANT:

Please avoid heavy meals at least 90 minutes before the session.

Your Safety Matters

This is a gentle, guided breathwork session, designed so almost everyone can take part. I'll guide you the whole way at a comfortable pace, and you can slow down, pause or go back to your natural breath at any time. You're always in charge of your own body.

Even gentle breathwork can bring things up: tingling, warmth, feeling a bit lightheaded, tears, or old feelings rising to the surface. That's normal, and I'll be holding the space the whole time.

Please let me know before the session if any of these apply to you:

You're pregnant, or could be
A heart condition, or high or low blood pressure
Epilepsy or seizures
Surgery or a serious injury in the last 6 weeks
Asthma or another breathing or lung condition
Glaucoma or a detached retina
A mental health condition you're currently being treated for
Anything else you're unsure about

Most of the time I'll simply show you how to adjust the practice so it's right for you. If this session isn't the right fit, I'll tell you honestly and we'll find another way. If you're unsure, check with your GP before booking.

By booking, you agree to:

Photos and videos being taken during the event for promotional or educational use
Keeping your camera on for the full session. It's how I hold and check in on everyone, the same way I would in person
Telling me about any of the above when you book, or by email at least 48 hours before the session
Taking part at your own pace, knowing this is not medical or psychological treatment
Adjusting or sitting out part of the practice if I ask, for your safety

Ready to put it down?

Let this be your moment to pause, breathe deeply, and lean into the healing that's been waiting within you.
