Event description

Breathwork + Movement + Ice Baths

Get out of your mind and into your body with the breath, movement, and extreme cold.

Open up, move through, and let go of the shit that is holding you back.

This workshop is for you if you want to:

  • Take control of your body and learn to regulate your system
  • Strengthen your physical, mental, and emotional resilience
  • Build an understanding of different aspects of the breath
  • Discover tips and tools to create life-changing habits
  • Let go of shit. Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual
  • Be more calm, focused, and fulfilled

We’ll challenge ourselves to safely lean into discomfort and expand our comfort zones while being supported by a group of like-minded men.

Over this 6-hour workshop we will:

  • Dive into various breathwork modalities (Wim Hof, nervous system regulation, optimal and performance breathing, HeartMath, conscious connected breathing)
  • Explore movement, yoga-based, and mixed martial art practices to open up the body, release tension, and improve flexibility
  • Experience ice baths and how to keep your cool in an extremely stressful situation
  • Have a shared experience and build a bond amongst a group of men

At the end of this workshop, you will have a well-equipped breathwork and movement toolbox to navigate life with.

But this isn’t just a one-hit wonder workshop… Afterward, there’s an optional 21-day online challenge to continue your new-found state and build healthy routines with an accountability partner. A simple 20-minute practice that can be done at home.
