Most women just need some space...

Space to think clearly.

Space to breathe properly.

Space where they’re not the organiser, the decision-maker, or the emotional anchor.

Back for the second time in the Sunshine Coast! Exhale is a one-day reset for women.

An intimate day of restoration, nourishment and connection at the beautiful Banyula Zen in Doonan.

A day carved out just for you.

Where you don't have to do anything, or worry about anyone else.

Where you are taken care of (by two cuties - Nat & Andreas)!

This is not about trauma release, spiritual preaching, or ice baths. But it is a safe space to slow down, to be supported and witnessed without needing to be fixed,

This is how we do it:

Mocktails on arrival (Cranberry spritz anyone)?
Facilitated Connected conversations
Guided Somatic Dance (with headphones for an immersive experience) - a curated DJ set by Nat.
Regulating breathwork
A nourishing shared included lunch
Creative guided journalling & oracle card readings
Zenthai Shiatsu Massage by Simba from Benyula Zen
Long guided rest with crystal sound bowl healing
Optional infrared sauna available throughout the day
‌

You’ll leave feeling grounded, nourished, and connected to likeminded woman. And you might quietly think, “I didn’t realise how much I needed that.”

13 women only.

Full-day experience + lunch included. 10-4pm

We are so excited to share this day with you!

Love Nat & Andreas x

Nat and Andreas, met the very modern way, in a spiritual Facebook group.

One message led to coffee, which led to conversation. Conversation lasted far longer than

either of them expected.

It turned out they had plenty in common. Both relatively new to the area. Both drawn to

spirituality and deeper conversations about life. Both with Greek heritage, which meant the

conversation inevitably drifted to family, food, and the kind of humour only Mediterranean

cultures really understand. What started as a casual meet-up quickly turned into a genuine

friendship.

Nat brings the initiating energy. The spark. The movement. Andreas brings the insight and the

ability to see patterns and guide energy where it wants to go. Together, it creates a friendship

built on curiosity, conversation, and the shared desire to explore what it means to be human

in this strange and beautiful world.

"I had such a lovely experience at Exhale. Nat created a warm, welcoming space that felt both relaxing and uplifting. What I enjoyed most was the opportunity to connect with others, hear their stories and take some time to slow down and reflect. I left feeling calmer, more grounded and with a renewed sense of clarity. Thank you, Nat and Andreas, for creating such a beautiful day. I'm already looking forward to the next one." - Silke

"Such a special, connected day! Thank you 2 for holding space and bringing in all the magic! ✨" - Brooke

"Thank you so much for a wonderful event. I finally have my word…. Apart from Gratitude, Unblocked! I was so stuck in the emotional drain of life and not taking time for myself to really remove the noise and search within. Thank you for creating the safe space and helping us hold a space to be open and vulnerable without judgement! Now where do I write my five-star review!! You’re both amazing xxx" - Nikki

“Thank you for such a wonderful event” 🙏 - Carrie

Natalie Buchanan

Mum, Wedding Planner, Event Coordinator, Celebrant, Human Design Coach & Aspiring DJ

For the past 15+ years, I’ve worked with people during some of life’s most meaningful

moments — celebrating milestones, creating beautiful gatherings, and holding space for real

human connection.

After building my events and wedding business EventZen in Sydney, I’m now based on the

Sunshine Coast working across a mix of creative and people-focused work. I wear many

hats... As well as the aforementioned work, I am also an End-of-Life Doula and am currently

training as a psychotherapist, with a growing focus on deeper conversations around life, grief,

big life transitions, purpose, and personal growth.

At the heart of everything I do is the same intention: helping people slow down, feel seen, and

create moments that actually matter.

I’m a wife and mum of two, a lover of deep chats over small talk, excellent playlists, quality

tequila, karaoke, and time in nature. Cancer sun, Gemini moon, Scorpio rising for those who

enjoy the astrology side of things.
