Women of the Badlands: Opening Night and Conversation with the Women of Montsalvat Project Artists

Join us in celebration of Women of the Badlands  as we kick off an extraordinary exhibition PLUS a series of Friday night In-Conversation events with creative women connected to Nillumbik’s renowned arts hubs: Montsalvat, Dunmoochin, Baldessin Studio, and Garambi Baanj/Laughing Waters. 

First up on our opening night: Amanda Grant, Cath Rutten and Sarah Hammond discuss the magic that is the Women of Montsalvat project and what they have discovered about Montsalvat’s hidden past and little-known women founders. If you’ve been curious about the design of the sculpture to be installed at the front of Montsalvat and the songs that are being written about Montsalvat’s founding women artists, this is the night to come along.
