Join us for an invigorating outdoor vinyasa flow led by Kate from @eco__psyche, designed to help you plant seeds of intention, stabilize your nervous system, and tap into your inner power. This 45-minute class welcomes all levels—beginners included—so you can show up exactly as you are. No props required, just bring a mat, a bottle of water, and an open mind. You can expect to finish class feeling more grounded and connected to yourself.

You’ll then be guided through a Powerful Rewire Breathwork journey with Alanna from @alignwithalanna—a science-based method that combines breathwork, meditation, visualisation, and subconscious mindset work to regulate your nervous system and rewire the internal patterns holding you back.

This session is designed to activate the neural pathways linked to confidence, clarity, and your highest potential. You’ll shift limiting beliefs at the root, reconnect with your inner power, and strengthen the identity of the version of you who moves forward with clarity, intention, and a deeper sense of fulfillment.

The breathwork & yoga techniques we'll be using will be gentle, but please inform Alanna and Kate if you have any of the following:
