We're halfway through the year. This is a day to stop, reset, and come back to yourself. The day is sequenced to take you on a full journey, from energising and opening in the morning, to learning and grounding through the middle, to deep rest and integration in the afternoon. Each part of the day builds on the last, so by the time you leave you feel both open and steady.
