10.00am to 10.30am - Keynote: How to build your confidence so you can speak your truth - Presenter: The Giftspotter

10.30am to 11.15am - Activity: Listen to the messages from nature - Presenter: Hayley Bilski

11.15am to 11.30am - Yummy Morning Tea

11.30am to 12.15pm - Activity: Zen session with essential oils - Presenter: Kerry Hall

12.15pm to 12.30pm - Closing activity
