Crown of Light: A Sound Healing Journey to Higher Consciousness

This month’s sound and energy healing session focuses on expanding the crown chakra and deepening your connection to higher consciousness. Through restorative frequencies and energetic alignment, we are creating space for you to align with clarity, peace, and your divine inner wisdom.

Sound therapy is an ancient healing modality that taps into the body’s natural ability to restore balance. In this session, you’ll be guided through a soothing meditation and immersed in live sound healing using an array of crystal singing bowls, each attuned to different healing frequencies. These vibrations will support your emotional and physical well-being, promoting relaxation, release, and renewal.

There are some mats and blankets provided, however if you have ones you prefer please bring them along with pillows for your comfort as you will be laying down for most of this event. 

This journey will be guided by Leah Evenstar who is a certified Wellness Coach, Sound and Energy Healer, Meditation Guide, and Medium. The space she creates is a nurturing and empowering environment for personal transformation, healing, and expanded consciousness.
