Dance like you have never before! 

A journey beyond limits through rhythm and breath.

EXPANSION ecstatic dance invites you to well...expand your presence, to feel your aura grow as you dance it up to the max. Not to be mistaken for harder, faster or stronger which are very physical approaches but instead to tap into the inner well of your being and shine brighter as your dance swells and lights up the whole room.

The dance floor is a very special place, a place you can play, explore and grow as you move with an authentic presence.

We will lean in on some soft and subtle breathwork, both powerful and empowering whilst fuelling our inner dancer to step up and out!

We will dance alone, invited into partnerships and into groups as well as with a sense of spirit.

The Dancing Dhevas community is a group dedicated to dancing with passion and authenticity, inclusivity and self growth. There is no talking and yet so much is said in the dance.

6:30 to 9pm, DOORS SHUT at 7:00 no entry after then.

Bring a water bottle, turn off phones and remove shoes before entering the dance floor.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Request a refund or ticket transfer to another event 24hrs before the event, after this period we are unable to manage tickets.

No mobile phones, no photography, no Shazam, please respect dancers, be present to the group as they are to you.

No shoes or talking on the dance floor, only water bottles in the hall. Please leave all other possessions in the foyer or in your car.

This event is an adult safe zone and not suitable for kids, (16+)

First time to DANCING DHEVAS...

Dancing Dhevas is a free form dance practice that invites you to engage in life as only you can, to move with such authenticity that it liberates the bubbles of ecstasy.

Conscious dance is a process of delving into your own individual, original dance, it is so unique to you and how you move that it can not be reproduced by anyone else. This gives us the freedom from constraints and judgements so we can explode our potential to move until it unleashes the dancer within. The room takes on a different energy as everyone drops into their dance and natural ecstasy is reached.

Come as you are or bring a friend, we share a dance floor of like minded souls who move as one and celebrate life in all its complexities in the moment.

Bring drinking water and a sweat towel if you wish.

We dance bare foot so we can open and ground our feet, the roots of our dance.

No talking on the dance floor, verbal chatter distracts you and others from this active meditation, if you feel you must talk take it outside of the hall.
