We will expand our nervous system capacity to allow you to receive and hold your desires.

This week is powerful energy for manifestation and creation with the 888 portal and we are in the 8th year all about abundance. 

Biodynamic breathwork we unlock the 7 belts of tension in your body to allow energy to flow.

We combine, breathe, sound, touch, movement and meditation to allow true transfomation and embodiment.

We will journal from this expansive state and somatic practices to hold your vision.

We will have a sound bath to relax deeper after breath work.

Bring - journal, pen, water bottle,

Karolyn Zinetti is home in Perth for this once off event to share her genius and allow you to nourish your nervous system.

She is trauma trained and a wealth of wisdom in all things health, leadership, breathwork and nervous system regulation.
