I'm Enza, the heart behind Sol Rituals.

Sol Rituals was born from a quiet knowing that there had to be another way.

For years, I searched outside myself for clarity, trying to make sense of the subtle disconnection I felt within. I immersed myself in ancient practices and modern systems; yoga, meditation, sound healing, Reiki, and subconscious work. Alongside that, I spent a decade in strategy and business, advising, leading, and learning how to structure what feels intangible.

It wasn’t until I turned inward; to stillness, sound, and sacred structure, that I began to remember something deeper; my original essence. I stopped trying to become something ‘more’, and began to remember who I already was,

That remembering became the seed of Sol Rituals.

A space where sound, ritual, and sacred structure return you to your own knowing through deep presence and inner alignment. Sol Rituals provides both 1:1 and group journeys, all of which lead you back to the same destination: a deeper remembrance of your true self.

Sol Community events are for honest connection to self in ceremony, together.
