    Event description

A hyper local, free, six week support group for parents to be ...

Run by mums, for expecting mums and parents ...

This is a safe and empowering space for 3rd trimester parents to talk birth and beyond. We will focus on birthing parent's physical and mental health, connecting with local services, and fostering friendships and community with other parents heading into the newborn and beyond stage of life.

We embrace the beautiful complexity of parenthood and the diverse experiences of family, welcoming all expectant parents, including trans and intersex folk, as well as non-binary and gender fluid people who are comfortable in spaces which centre the experiences of women.

    • This is pilot programme, and things may change depending on what arises in each group
    • Partners and chaperones are welcome
    • All pregnant people are encouraged but the info/focus is aimed at those in their final trimester
    • We do intend to run more in the future, so please get in touch if you would like to register for the next!
