We can enhance our human experience by being reminded that we are connected to ourselves and others.

We created these monthly events as a safer space to do just that.

This month’s event will be very special - It’s my birthday. I have a vision of a dreamy experience with optional plant medicine, story telling, art, sound bowls, twinkle lights, an interactive group meditation, and possibly some more surprises.

This is a wonderful space for individuals that are beginners to a mindfulness practice, seeking to deepen their practice, or just want to meet new Denver friends in a wellness space!

Schedule

6:00p Opening group activity

6:30p Sound bath and Meditation begin

7:15p Sharing Circle + Journaling

7:15 - 8:00p Connection + Mingle + Art experience

Limited spaces available. Tickets are required for entry.

What to Bring

- A journal and something to write with

- crayons, color pencils, paints, tablet (your favorite art medium)

- A yoga mat or blanket

- Water bottle

- Dress in comfortable clothes

* During a sharing circle, we gather in a circle and share our thoughts on the meditation and this month's theme. We practice non-judgment to create safer spaces to share by leaning into curiousity. Keep in mind, you don't have to share if you don't want to!

Refund Policy.

If you are feeling sick, please do not attend this event. If you have already purchased tickets, please contact me at sunsandself@gmail.com for a full refund due to your illness. It is important to keep yourself and others healthy!

Location Details.

There is a parking lot behind the building and on the street. The front door will be propped open for easy access. Please text or call 720.432.2516 if you have any questions or trouble finding the location. Keep in mind, I may not have my phone available 15 minutes prior to and during the event.
