Welcome to the fith edition of "Experience the Journey to Holistic Wellness"! This time, we're Core, Cycle, Glow: A Holistic Wellness Journey for International Women's Day.

This quarterly women's empowerment and wellness program, organized in collaboration with Angie Mckay and Irela Aqua & Fitness, offers a unique opportunity to connect with holistic health. With a special focus on the migrant women's community in Brisbane, our goal is to create a supportive space for learning and connection.


What You Will Experience in "Roots and Spaces: Order, Emotions, and Sustainability"

This March, Bienestar 360 Down Under Wellness invites you to our very first English-speaking event! In honour of International Women’s Day, we are expanding our community to welcome every migrant woman in Brisbane. Whether you've been here for a week or a decade, this is your space to connect, learn, and flourish.

We’ve curated a transformative morning focused on the three pillars of a woman’s physical well-being: your internal foundation, your hormonal rhythm, and your external glow.

  • The Foundation: A Pelvic Floor focused Pilates masterclass with Irene Lalana. Understand the "why" behind the movement.

  • The Rhythm: Deep dive into female nutrition and hormonal cycles across all life stages with Naturopath BHSc Karina Ruiz Serkovic, featuring the secrets of Seed Cycling.

  • The Glow: Hands-on facial self-care and natural rejuvenation techniques with expert Angie Mackay.

  • 8:15 AM - 9:00 AM: Workshop 1: " Pelvic Floor focused Pilates masterclass" with Irene Lalana.

  • 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM: Workshop 2: "The link between nutrition and women's hormonal health: how to seed cycle" with Karina Ruiz.

  • 10:15 AM - 10:30 AM: Break and Healthy Snacks
