Experience Art Therapy in Darwin

You’re invited to join us to experience the magic of Art Therapy. Offered free as a celebration of returning to Darwin and sharing Art therapy offerings in this awesome place once more.

This session is an opportunity to explore the gentle power of creative expression in a safe and welcoming space. Together, we’ll move through simple, guided art therapy processes designed to support self-expression, reflection, and connection.

You don’t need any art skills or experience — just a willingness to give it a try.

In this session you’ll:
✨ Experiment with creative activities that are easy and accessible
✨ Explore what emerges when you express yourself through art
✨ Have space for self-reflection and connecting with others
✨ Experience how art therapy can be both playful and supportive

All art materials are provided — simply come as you are.

What the day will look like:

9:00am — First process: a gentle embodied art process
10:00am — Time to chat, nibble, and mingle
10:45am — Second process: a guided journey meditation art process
12:30pm — Finish

You can choose to register for one of the processes, or just come along to say hello and soak up the creative space. Please note that there are only 10 spots for each process, so registering helps secure your place. If your plans change, we kindly ask that you cancel your ticket to make space for someone else.

Anyone over 16 curious about art therapy, creativity, or looking for a new way to connect with themselves and others.

What to bring:

🌿 Clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy

Accessibility:
Please note the venue is only accessible via stairs and may not be suitable for everyone. You’re welcome to let me know if you prefer sitting on the floor or using a chair for the session so that the space feels comfortable for you.
