From the first pre-visit touch point, through reception, consultation, backbar service, retail, checkout, and beyond, you’ll learn to drive client loyalty, service and revenue.

Online Class is designed for more senior members of your team, your entire team are encouraged to participate in the live on-location session.

Note: This is for Session 2 of a multiple class series. Please ensure you've completed Session 1. The third live in-salon session can only be booked exclusively via your Business Consultant and after attendance of the first & second sessions.
