The Peoples Health Alliance (PHA) Bay of Plenty is a grass-roots community facilitated Healthcare Initiative that aims to educate, support and empower people to take responsibility for their own health, while offering supportive consultations and treatments. We believe our community deserves better when it comes to their wellness options. PHA-BOP are offering our local community the opportunity to experience a holistic approach to health, utilising holistic treatments, harnessing nature and rediscovering traditional medicine. It's time to shift the paradigm from treating disease to creating health. We work to reduce and reverse symptoms rather than suppress them.

We believe in low-cost affordable healthcare options for all. We offer different modalities each Tuesday, enabling our community the opportunity to experience different holistic options, helping them discover what works best for them. All consultations and treatments are offered to our community in exchange for a cash contribution toward this people-led health initiative (we suggest $1 per minute = $30 for 30 minute treatment as a guide - most treatments are 40 - 60 minutes). Simply pop your cash contribution into our Koha Box at reception after your experience or you can purchase a pre-paid ticket here.. What is the value of your health?

Sorry we do not currently take booking - help yourself to Tea, Coffee and Water while you wait, chat and get to know other members of your local community. Community Connection / Socialising is an important part of health.

PHA Bay of Plenty is self-funded and self-propelled, please share us with others and consider a donation towards this community wellness initiative where we put people before profits. Donations go toward our community 'Angel Pot' that is used to cover our costs, and for supplemental support for members of our community who need additional help, but simply can't afford it.
