A 2 hour Experience of Sound session involving:

- guided meditation

- a sound journey

- guided full moon journalling where we will reflect in silence while sipping herbal tea to integrate the vibrational sound journey and our lives in the present moment

led by Leanna Earth at the Valla Public Hall on beautiful Gumbaynggirr Country.

The multidimensional sound journey will include the sacred sounds of Nepalese metal bowls, crystal bowls, drum, percussive instruments, voice + mantra and other special tools. The healing tones of the instruments meet with each of your cells offering a cleansing and grounding vibrational massage for your body, mind, and soul.

The Full Moon asks us to reflect on the month we have had, to breathe presence and illumination to the questions or wisdom of our heart, what we have learned, what we need, what we can change or let go of and what we want to manifest. Our emotions may feel heightened, our bodies may feel tense in the sense of a build up that needs releasing and self expression is a great way to let what needs to move through you be moved on. So, after receiving a sound journey we will take pen to paper and let the heart be heard.

Sitting in ceremonial spaces with our brothers and sisters reminds us of our intrinsic connection to each other and to the land, it is this remembrance that is woven throughout this experience, to recharge us all with Mother Earth supporting us.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Please arrive 6.20pm for a 6.30pm start.

The session is 2hours, I highly recommend you eat a meal at least an hour beforehand so hunger does not hinder your experience.

Bring all you need to be very comfortable: yoga mat, blanket, sleeping bag, pillow for head, cushion for under knees, socks, layers + warm clothes, eye cover

Leanna Earth is a local mover, yoga teacher, sound journey facilitator, Ancient Polynesian bodyworker and nature honouring being. She specialises in holding safe, sacred space for you to unfold and just be. She intends to hold Experience of Sound sessions that are divinely therapeutic in nature, respectfully in a reciprocal honouring of the land and uniting sounds from spirit that allow you to enter deep rest to remember your powerful presence as a being on the earth at this moment.

EXPERIENCE OF SOUND sessions are a moment to drop in to potency of the present moment with sound vibration. Vibration is everything, everything is energy. Sound Vibration has the ability to raise our frequency, transmute and unblock stagnated energy and cleanse the entire system on all planes: energetic, emotional, physical. Sound Medicine has been used since ancient times as a healing modality and transformative tool in many ways. Through the use of sacred sounds emanating from various instruments a layered journey through sound creates an experience like no other. Laying down and receiving sound without expectation is an exercise in itself where your nervous system can rest, your physical body can receive a vibrational massage and your brain waves are ebbed into the deeper relaxing state.
