Dancing Freedom Conscious Dance Experience presents Experiencing the Elements

Join me each month on a journey through the 5 elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether.

Each month we will deep dive into an element to explore its full spectrum of expression, transformation and essence.

February, we will be Experiencing the Element of Earth.

Earth

The Great Mother of all things. From her life is born, grows, is nourished, sustained and returns.

She is nurtures our seeds of potential to bloom. She composts and reclaims the unwanted, the discarded.

It is upon the Great Mother that we dance the dance to honour her, to know and embody her. We return to her and in turn we return to ourselves.

Earth is the beginning of our journey through the elements. What might the Great Mother have to share with you?

You are invited to Dance with the Element of Earth.

Dancing Freedom is a conscious ecstatic dance practice, a moving mediation practice. A safe space for personal enquiry through movement. You are invited to let the body move you without censorship. By inviting the dance to dance you, you come closer to essence of embodiment.

You will be facilitated to dance through an elemental wave of music: earth, water, fire, air and ether, exploring the theme of Earth!

All of you is welcome into the space!

6.15pm: Opening Circle

6.25pm: Conscious Dance Begins

7.45pm: Closing Circle & Sharing

8pm: Finish
