Join me for the last dance of Ether in our journey through the 5 elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether.

Each month we will deep dive into an element to explore its full spectrum of expression, transformation and essence.

In June, you are invited to Experiencing the Element of Ether.

Ether

What is Ether?

That which permeates all matter and space. That which occupies the space between spaces, between the notes, between the inhale and the exhale.

Ether is without form or limits! It is expansive and the essence of potential.

Ether is Love, Light & Energy. It is everywhere.

This month we give ourselves permission to expand into the Ethers of the Body, the Mind and Soul. To explore our own potentiality inhabits the spaces between music and movement.

We explore the essence of Ether as it interacts with the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air.

No experience in Dance is necessary. All is welcome! Curiosity is especially welcome.

Dancing Freedom is a conscious ecstatic dance practice, a moving mediation practice. A safe space for personal enquiry through movement. You are invited to let the body move you without censorship. By inviting the dance to dance you, you come closer to true embodiment.

You will be facilitated to dance through a musical elemental wave of: earth, water, fire, air and ether, exploring the theme of Ether!

All of you is welcome into the space!

6pm: Arrival & Warm-up

6.15pm: Opening Circle

6.25pm: Conscious Dance Begins

8pm: Closing Circle & Sharing

8.15pm: Finish
